Repeat prescriptions

Your doctor may give you a repeat prescription if you require regular medication and do not need to be seen every time. To order these, please tick the required items on the tear off slip attached to your prescription and post or bring it to the surgery. If you have registered, you may also use the online Patient Access service.

Please note that the Patient Access site is not operated by Jubilee Medical Centre. If you experience any problems using EMIS Access please check the status of the site by clicking here BEFORE ringing the practice. The practice can re-issue login and password details but, unfortunately, we cannot provide any other support if you encounter difficulties using Patient Access.

If you would like to register, please click here.

Requests delivered by 11.00 am will be available in 48 hours (2 working days) (enclose an SAE if you wish us to post it to you). Please do not ring to order repeat prescriptions, so that we can keep our phone lines from becoming too busy.

Occasionally we will ask you to see a member of the practice to review the medication and see that all is well. The "review date" on the slip is a guideline only and does not have to be obeyed to the exact day!

Please try to think well ahead to when your medication is due to run out in order to avoid last minute requests.
