Beat the 8am rush, no requirement to contact us at 8am! Read about our new appointment system

We are excited to announce our new appointment model: total triage with E-consultation as the first point of contact. Here's why we believe this will enhance your healthcare experience:

  2. **Faster Access**: You'll receive timely guidance and support through E-consultation, potentially reducing wait times for diagnosis and treatment.

  3. **Efficiency**: Total triage ensures that your healthcare needs are assessed promptly, allowing us to prioritise urgent cases and provide appropriate care more efficiently.

  4. **Personalised Care**: By gathering information about your symptoms and medical history beforehand, we can tailor our advice and recommendations to your specific needs, leading to more personalised care.

  5. **Resource Optimisation**: Total triage helps optimise the use of medical resources by directing patients to the most appropriate level of care, whether it's virtual consultation, in-person appointment, or emergency services.

We're committed to providing you with the highest quality of care, and we believe that this new appointment model will contribute to a more efficient, convenient, and personalised healthcare experience for you. Econsultation will be available Monday to Friday 7.00am – 9.00pm.

We aim to process and triage every eConsult on the same day. You will be notified within 24hours of the outcome (on the next working day if submitted on Friday). Therefore there is no requirement for patients to contact us at 08:00am, beating the 8am rush.
