Originally from Liverpool, she trained in Edinburgh, qualifying in medicine in 1996. Her medical interests include women and children’s health.  She runs the Liverpool GP Forum. She has a partner, Jon and a young family. Outside interests include hillwalking and travel. Dr Dowling usually sees patients on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
